WOW. Merchandise totaling $200 or more on a single order, by phone or on line, are shipped at our expense by UPS Ground or priority mail to locations in the continental U.S. If you live in Hawaii and Alaska, UPS requires special rates which we will provide after computing the size and weight of your package. Orders where the merchandise totals less than $200 cost a flat $10.00 shipping charge. Shipments outside the US will have additional charges and we suggest you email us for a shipping quote. Please note that WE BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY FOR ALL ON-LINE ORDERS. Sometimes items are not in stock and must be special ordered, and we still charge you immediately for those orders placed here, on-line. Special orders can take 2-6 weeks depending on color and style. To be billed when we actually ship to you, please place a phone order.

In order to keep jobs in the US, Tianello recently raised their prices on some of their products. They are striving to keep the factory in Los Angeles open and avoid going over-seas for the manufacture of their goods. We are continuing to sell what we have in stock at the old prices but special orders will be charged the new price.
